About

Pilates works by re-balancing the body, altering the way in which you recruit muscles to produce movements. It restores natural patterns so you can move with ease. This is why pilates is used to counter injuries, illnesses and surgeries. It is the perfect complement to cardiovascular exercise.

The STOTT PILATES® approach preserves the essence of Joseph Pilates teachings while enhancing them with contemporary knowledge about the body and how it functions. STOTT PILATES® is internationally renowned for the quality of its training and certified instructors are amongst the most sought after pilates teachers in the world.
